About Intentionally Managing Me

About Us

Intentionally Managing Me, LLC (IMM) is a clinical business that was established in 2022. Owner, Sierra Baker, had a drive and passion for helping other peers and professionals thrive in the mental health field. IMM was created to help social workers, mental health providers, and public service workers to have a safe space to simply “let them breathe, process, and recover.” That said, IMM is an opportunity to work through the challenges within your perspective field in effort to allow professionals to show up to work as their best self, minimizing barriers, trauma, life stressors, in an effort to maintain their professional drive and overall happiness.

As professionals, most of the time you must put your personal lives to the side to show up fully invested in helping others enhance their lives and work through their problems. You see a lot, take in a lot, but often don’t process the work, demands, and post-secondary trauma. It is my hope that IMM can be the space where mental health and public health professionals can put their needs first to overcome challenges, highlight strengths, and thrive within their prospective careers. IMM will provide clinical supervision to bachelors-level and masters-level social workers; professional consultations to mental health and public service professionals; and group supervision.

Mission

Intentionally Managing Me, LLC. (IMM), is a practice dedicated to empowering, guiding, and enhancing the lives of social workers and mental health providers. IMM creates a safe and authentic space for mental health providers to explore their clinical experiences, address post-secondary trauma, and elevate their professional growth.

Mental health providers will implement strong clinical skills to manage daily responsibilities, challenges, and ethical dilemmas in the field while ensuring a positive work-life balance. Additionally, graduate-level licensed social workers and mental health providers will meet the requirements to take and pass the clinical licensure exam.
